When people ask me "What do you do"? 

I say, "Whatever it takes". 

To me, the measure of achievement is not winning awards. It's doing something I believe is worthwhile. It begins with the satisfaction that I feel after achieving the goals I set for myself. It is going far beyond the call of duty, doing more than others expect. This is what excellence is all about. It comes from striving, maintaining the highest standards, looking after the smallest detail and going the extra mile. 

 

The awards are a bonus, but not necessary. 

 

Excellence means doing my very best in everything I do, in every way.
